Have you ever wondered why your ice cubes stick together? Don't worry, we have the answers!

The most common reason for ice cubes sticking together is that they are left in the water reservoir for too long. If this happens, simply stop the machine and wait for the ice cubes to melt before restarting it.

Another reason could be that the "Ice Full" indicator is not on when the ice basket is full. This could be due to a faulty ice full sensor, in which case you should contact our consumer service. Alternatively, it could be that the infrared detection is affected by solid light.

If the "ON/OFF" button stays solid on and the "CLEAN" button flashes, don't panic. This simply means that the ice maker needs some time to return to normal. Just wait for 30 minutes and it should be back to its regular operation. Alternatively, you can press and hold the "CLEAN" button to start the cleaning process. Once the cleaning is done, press the "ON/OFF" button to restart the machine.

If none of the indicator lights on the display are on, the first thing to check is whether the ice maker is connected to a power source. If it is, then it could be a blown fuse that is causing the issue.

If the "Add Water" indicator is on, it means that the ice maker is running low on water. Simply add more water to resolve the issue. However, if the water floater is stuck, you might need to give it a gentle nudge to get it moving again.
