Easy to Chew, Fast Cooling, Tasty Flavor - the EUHOMY Ice Maker provides an intelligent operation that makes it easy to use!

If your ice cubes are sticking together, it may be because they were left in the water reservoir. Simply stop the machine and restart it after the ice cubes have melted.

If the "Ice Full" indicator is not on when the ice basket is full, there are two possible situations. The first is a failed ice full sensor, in which case you should contact consumer service. The second is when the infrared detection is affected by solid light.

If the "ON/OFF" light remains solid on and the "CLEAN" light flashes, wait 30 minutes for the ice maker to return to normal. Alternatively, you can press and hold the "CLEAN" button to start the cleaning process and then press "ON/OFF" to restart the machine after cleaning is done.

If no indicator lights up on the display, check if the ice maker is connected to a power source. The other possible situation is that the fuse has blown.

If the "Add Water" indicator is on, it means there is a lack of water or the water floater is stuck.
